• Attend all design and technical meetings
• Attending and Co-ordinate site meetings with consultants and contractors on all matters related to the project operation

Job Requirement :

Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Graduate Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 3 years relevant work experience in relevant field

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible in providing full spectrum of administrative support to the Senior Management Office.

• Coordinate, schedule and organize meetings that includes preparing of meeting agenda, materials and supporting documents, drafting minutes of meeting and provide support in the follow-up and tracking of matters arising.

• Conduct data collation, data analysis and preparation of presentation slides, reports and documents.

• Assist the department in the planning and executing strategic and operational high impact projects.

• Prepare and submit all expense claims and records for the department.

• Perform typing, faxing, sorting, filing, scanning, photocopying and recording of documents and forms.

• Responsible in organizing and managing calendar schedule including meetings, clinical work and events for all his roles.

• Responsible in the arrangement of overseas travel schedule and itineraries.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with keen interest in healthcare.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise and work closely with various stakeholders in performing cost calculation and pricing on existing and new services/ projects.
• Ensure Service master is updated and accurate for system go-live.
• Prepare, formulate, and rationalise price revision proposal to ensure organisation’s financial sustainability, while taking into consideration patient bill impact.
• Work with IT vendor to maintain efficient SharePoint workflow as part of continuous process improvement, including the identification and resolution of issues.
• Monitor and report SharePoint workflow turnaround time.
• Ensure accurate and timely update of data files for internal management reporting.
• Support annual cost refresh/ updates on services.
• Provide Business partnering support to Business Units within a growing regional healthcare system.
• Any other ad-hoc duties.

Requirement:

• Degree in Business/ Admin/ Account/ Finance
• Prior experience in Pricing and Costing will be advantage
