Summary

The Regional Director Security Operations (RDSO) is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team that executes a global security operations program for a multi-national IT organization.   - Keeping standard tender and quotation submission documents for reference and easy retrieval including maintaining the formal for tender and quotation submission documents for quick access and reference.
  - Organize the storage of all sales inquiries and quotations in a tidy and easily retrievable system. This include managing the filling of all related sales inquiries and quotations in SharePoint to be in a traceable and organised manner.
  - Generate monthly sales reports.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Administration or its equivalent
• With 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience in related industry
• Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
• Meticulous and pay great attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player and work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to interact and work with people of all levels
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office software

• Secure entrance during non-operating hours
