As a Legal Executive, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for goods and services with both local and international clients, contractors, and suppliers, particularly for commercial and defense projects. You will also provide legal advice and support across various business operations, including reviewing corporate and commercial agreements and overseeing contract documentation and management processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

- Draft, review and negotiate goods and services contracts with local and international customers, contractors and suppliers for projects relating to commercial and defence industry
- Review, draft and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, consortium agreements, tender contractual documents, corporate guarantees
- Provide legal advice and support to business operations and support functions
- Provide contract documentation and management
Qualities We Value
- Degree or Diploma in Law
- Relevant inhouse experience preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team to achieve business objectives
- Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
