The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Security team, and critically, ensuring the safety and security of the guests of the Resort. Together with the rest of the Security team, the incumbent will implement security protocols, respond to emergencies, and undertake other security-related matters.

• Operations: Responsible for regular inspections and patrols of the premises, including both public and back-of-house areas. As part of this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring our security systems to detect and prevent any security breaches.
• Incident Management and Reporting: Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or disturbances, and take appropriate action to resolve issues. The Security Supervisor will also be responsible for preparing incident reports, and maintaining accurate records of security activities and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to security events and incidents using established incident response plan/runbook and creating process and procedures where none are already established.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• Degree/Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in cyber security operations or SOC environment.
• Proven and hands on experience in area of SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, data leakage prevention (DLP) and SOAR.
• Strong knowledge of various automated security control systems, encryption, message authentication, vulnerability assessment, threat intelligence intrusion detection, penetration testing and incident response.

The Head of Legal and Risk will work closely with and assist the Managing Director to lead all legal and Risk as well as Compliance matters within the Company, contributing to the promotion and development of a compliance culture within the Company. 1. General

a) To provide legal support to various business units and departments.

- To assist Management in reviewing the Terms and Coverage of Insurance, including Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers Liabilities, plus Cyber Insurance.

- If there is any potential client’s issue, to assess the seriousness of the situation – on any potential claim.

3. The Head of Legal and Risk will also oversee the Compliance Department and will work closely with the team pertaining to compliance matters, implementation, and maintain the group compliance programme.
