About the Position

Competencies:

• Good working knowledge of security risk management, security governance framework and compliance (IT Security Audit / log review), technical vulnerability management (Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration testing), application security, security technologies (system hardening, IDS/IPS, firewall), security incident response and security assessment.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must
• Autonomous, with the ability to drive and lead

Qualifications:

Duties

1. Overall in charge of the day-to-day operations and deployment of security personnel to the allocated sites.
2. Work closely and Co-ordinate with each site to do manpower (Security Officers) forecast, planning for relief Security Officers to be on sites when necessary.
3. Provide support for Site Security Supervisors & assist in handling complaints or operational issues.
4. Offer suggestions to management to enhance security measures within the organization.
5. Co-ordinate with management team and work with clients’ management to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Able to carry out investigation and write reports.
7. Make rounds and checks to various sites to ensure staff are carrying out their duties accordingly and meet up with clients to get feedback on regular basis.
8. Attend monthly site meetings & contribute towards improving services to clients. Submit monthly report to management.
