Draft and negotiate contracts: Manage a portfolio of purchasing and related contracts supporting Seagate’s APAC operations.

Our company is seeking motivated security officers for our factory located in Tuas South Region. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our properties and ensuring the safety of our employees and visitors. This full-time position requires a reliable and vigilant individual who is committed to providing exceptional security services.

· To be alert and aware of all occurrences within the assigned premises

· Conducting regular patrols and inspections of the premises to monitor for any suspicious activities or potential security breaches.

· Responding promptly to emergency situations and incidents, and taking appropriate actions to resolve them.

· Maintaining detailed records and logs of all security-related activities and occurrences.

· Liaising with clients, law enforcement agencies, and other relevant authorities as require

· Adhering to all relevant security protocols, procedures, and guidelines.

· Assisting with other duties as required to support the overall security operations.

· A keen eye for detail and the ability to accurately document and report security-related information

Requirements:

· Possess Private Security License issued by the Security Industry Regulatory Department (SIRD) is a must (PLRD License).

· Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

Prior experience in the security industry is an advantage.

· Bilingual in English & Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking clientee

· Able to respond to emergencies when needed

Job Description:

• Manage & Optimize the Security operation in the facility
• Audit & Inspection for facility security
• Carry out surveillance on Safety violations, vandalism or suspicious activities or persons on the premises
• Perform regular perimeter checks and patrols
• Operate and maintain security control equipment
• Maintain logs and records of occurrences, submit incident reports where necessary
• Preparation and filing of documents in relation to Security service & Commute Bus operation
• Manage & Coordinate with Security service companies(Subcontractor) and the others
• Manage safety works for company and subcontractor.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Strong building and Security service knowledge with hands-on experiences
• Proven experience in Security service management in a large-scale facility (Minimum 5 years of experience in related field)
• Report writing and presentation skills
• Able to perform shift work, work on weekends and public holidays
• Skills for setting up SOP for facility securities
• Expertise & Experience in planning & installation for Security Facilities necessary
• Experience for security control in VIP visiting, large scale ceremony and so on
• Candidate with Security Service Cert preferable (Senior Security Supervisor or above)

Day Shift Security Officer

Primary Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Day Shift Security Officer at Toh Guan Dormitory include, but are not limited to, the following:

Access Control

· Monitoring and controlling access to the dormitory premises.

· Verifying the identity of individuals entering and exiting the facility.

· Issuing visitor passes and ensuring all visitors are registered.

· Ensuring that unauthorized individuals do not gain access to the premises.

· Maintaining logs of all entries and exits for record-keeping purposes.

Patrolling

· Conduct regular patrols of the dormitory grounds and interior areas.

· Monitoring for any unusual or suspicious activities.

· Ensuring that safety protocols are adhered to by residents and staff.

· Inspecting all security equipment and reporting any malfunctions or issues.

· Responding promptly to any security-related incidents or emergencies.

The basic job scope is patrolling, preventing unauthorised entry and attend to any security related matters. Also, there will be patrolling and crowd controls. Any other related jobs given by manager/supervisor.
