• Oversee and coordinate the group’s tax filing processes across all global subsidiaries, including Singapore, Hong Kong and US.
• Ensure all tax-related matters are handled in a timely and compliant manner, liaising with external advisors as necessary.
• Financial Compliance Strategy:Assist in the design and review of compliance strategies related to financial operations, including but not limited to transfer pricing and tax planning.
• Provide legal advice on financial compliance and risk mitigation strategies to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
• Internal Controls & Compliance: Support the development and maintenance of internal control systems for all subsidiaries within the group.
• Provide legal opinions and advice on compliance initiatives to ensure effective governance across the group.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Law (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent)
• At least five years of experience in corporate law, tax law, or financial compliance (at a top law firm or from the Big Four)
