Overview:
The Group Senior Legal Counsel will provide efficient and timely legal support to all business functions within the group. This role is based in Singapore and primarily supports the Singapore businesses, with some regional support in China, Australia, and Indonesia as required.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements including dealer/distributor agreements, bank facility and security documents, tenders, procurement contracts, service agreements with vendors/suppliers, tenancy agreements, etc.

Responsibilities and Requirement:

# Perform Security Infrastructure Project implementation

# Technical problem solving across multiple technologies and arising issues

# Interested in new technology and have the ability to write and understand some basic script

# Have some basic knowledge on Windows, Linux operating system

# Keen to learn and work with networking technology

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct projects and ensure they are directed towards a common objective
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and comply with strict deadlines
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as single point of contact to the client
• Ensure that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baseline budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction
• Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management
• Ensure proper documentation is in order
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field
• Preferably with 2 years’ relevant work experience, or entry level candidates in relevant field of study
• Good communicator with excellent coordination skills
• Ultra-sensitive to deadlines and capable of good resource planning
• Basic technical knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) will be an advantage
• Committed individual with great initiative and strong problem-solving skills

• Analyse problems, perform troubleshooting, and track problems through resolution.
• Responsible for monitoring activities, such as network and bandwidth usage
• When necessary, escalate problems to the appropriate stakeholders / principals

We are seeking skilled and experienced Security Systems Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various security systems approved by Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD). This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and maintain security and communication systems, including CCTV Systems, Door Access Control, Intercoms, LPRs, and Security Robotics Solutions
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and rectify issues with security and communication systems
• Provide ongoing technical support to customers
• Conduct testing, configuration, and commissioning of security and communication systems
• Document all work performed, including installation details, maintenance records, and troubleshooting steps
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices
• Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to and handle customer requests and queries.

- Resolve incidents by troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues, and analyzing system logs for potential issues.

- Fulfill change requests, service requests, and close problem tickets, including applying OS updates, patches, and configuration changes.

- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks and vulnerability assessments to ensure security compliance and system hardening.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE.

- 1-3 years of experience in network and security management.

- Have experience in supporting firewall and network equipment such as Cisco switches, Check Point, and Palo Alto Networks.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to information security.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Analyse and correlate information security events to identify appropriate event handling actions. Assess operational and implementation costs, and evaluate them against the potential business impact if the policies and controls are not implemented. Assess the effectiveness of the measures against security risk management plan. Develop IT security policy and operational procedures based on information collected.

Develop a documented action plan containing policies, practices and procedures that mitigate the identified risks. Document information related to IT security attacks, threats, risks and controls. Establish a standard methodology for performing security tests in accordance with security requirements. Establish review procedures based on organisation's security risk management plan.

Evaluate effectiveness of current incident response plan against industry good practices. Evaluate response plans periodically to ensure relevance. Identify threats and risks that are relevant to organisation's operations and systems. Monitor the effectiveness of action plans in addressing information risks.

Obtain corporate management's endorsement of security policies, standards and procedures by articulating cost and benefits. Perform comparative analysis of security service performance level parameters against security information sources. Prepare information security performance report based on results from analysis and correlation of information security events. Rate and categorise potential security incidents.

Recommend suitable enhancements to improve information security performance. Review business and security environment to identify existing requirements. Review security policies, standards and procedures by considering the threats identified and other information collected. Test incident response plans periodically to ensure response times and executed procedures are acceptable.

Assess and categorise business impact of potential incidents Assess and test the effectiveness of IT controls in a controlled environment Assess and update information risk and control mitigation approach
