Our client, a leading company in precission machinery and processing, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as Legal Assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proofread and revise drafts of legal documents, based on advice from Japan legal team.
• Research, analyse and interpret laws and regulations in legal documents.
• Record keeping of electronic and hard copy filing of legal documents.
• Prepare legal and management reports.
• Respond to all law-related queries from internal stakeholders.
• Cooperate with Japan legal team on various projects, legal research and enforcement of company rules.
• Ensure adherence to company rules with regards to legal documents.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma in Law, Legal Executive
• Efficient administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to grasp and intepret legal documents
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Location: East
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary: Up to S$3,000 (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).

Job Description

• We are looking for a hands-on and meticulous individual who possess knowledge on programming skills and algorithm development.
• Work closely with all the relevant stakeholders to translate the operational requirements into effective and efficient solutions.
• Work as a product development team to collectively manage the product development lifecycle from system design, development testing, and production.

Requirements

• Familiar to at least one of the programming language: .Net, Java, C or C++, C#
• Soft skills – Problem Solving, Communication and Teamwork Skills
• We welcome candidates with no experience but possess strong logical thinking to apply - product-specific and on-job trainings will be provided.
