• Guide and document tool selections for use supporting the Salesforce Platform and associated ecosystem with focus on BluOceans’ Salesforce Platform shared service elements (Quality, DevOps, Production Support, Governance).
• Work with functional owners and internal stakeholders to design and implement process improvements focused on BluOceans’ Salesforce Platform shared service elements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or its equivalent in work experience.

· At least five years of experience of Testing and building Automations.

· At least three years of experience in Salesforce testing.

· Design, develop and execute Test Plans, Test cases and test scripts for Salesforce Applications.

· Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve defects.

· Ensure that all testing activities adhere to established standards, policies, and procedures.

· Good understanding of Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud.

· Experience with SFDC Apex, Visualforce, Lightening web component, email alerts, Flows.

· Experience of working in agile / scrum development environment.

· Experience covering Non-Functional testing.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
