Key Responsibilities:

• Grievance Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for candidates' concerns, ensuring complaints are addressed promptly and effectively
• Candidate Support: Actively listen to candidates’ feedback, provide solutions, and maintain open communication channels
• Conflict Mediation: Mediate between candidates and recruiters to resolve misunderstandings or issues amicably
• Record Management: Maintain accurate and confidential records of grievances and resolutions
• Process Improvement: Provide insights and feedback to the team to enhance candidate experience and satisfaction
• Brand Representation: Uphold the company’s reputation by fostering positive relationships and ensuring professional communication at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience in public relations, customer service, or a related field is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and commit to a flexible part-time schedule
