Job Description:

• Review, draft, and provide legal advice on various types of construction contracts, including agreements with clients, main contractors, and subcontractors.
• Resolve legal issues and provide interpretation of contracts during negotiations.
• Provide timely and accurate legal advice and counsel to management and project teams on a wide range of legal matters relevant to construction projects.
• Advise project teams on contract interpretation and ensure compliance throughout the duration of projects.
• Offer guidance and legal support in the resolution of disputes, claims, and potential litigation arising from construction projects.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel, if necessary, to represent the Company in legal proceedings.
• Prepare and maintain various standard agreements, such as supplier and customer agreements.

Qualifications:

• Background in Law and admission to the Singapore Bar with 10 years’ of experience in construction law and dispute resolution.
• A strong understanding of construction contracts, with previous in-house experience in the construction sector, would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities：

• Site Leadership Teams Serve as a knowledgeable resource to the Site Leadership Teams (SLT’s) providing support and direction pertaining to IT-OT Foundational Infrastructure and ICS Security.

• Work with the ICS Security Team, OT admin to implement and support an IT-OT Foundational Infrastructure, integrated with Manufacturing Application Services

• Monitor Vulnerabilities and work with OT Admin / Asset Leaders to mitigate potential impacts and take corrective actions

• Improve the ability to resist, detect, respond to, and contain cyber attacks

• Work with technical resources, architects to plan and implement cyber security activities appropriate for all Purdue Levels (PCN Core, PCN DMZ, and PCN Services, PCN Access, within the Manufacturing Site)

• Perform compliance audits of security policies, standards, processes, procedures, guidelines and regulatory requirements

• Assist in IT/OT security and network setup and implementation

• Fundamental knowledge of various technologies and their integration into an ICS enterprise

• Experience with multiple operational technologies such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software, Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS).

• Knowledge about functional Safety

• Knowledge in Remote Access, Remote Operation

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS) Framework and its documentation suite.
• Support the implementation of security controls defined on security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Review documentation and proactively provide feedback and recommendations.
• Evaluate new security products, technologies, and solutions for use within TES-AMM.
• Monitor systems for anomalies and report cyber security incidents when detected.
• Participate in and coordinate security incident response activities, including supporting the triage of cyber security incidents as they occur and writing Post-Incident Reports.
• Facilitate all cybersecurity and third-party audit and risk assessment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / or cybersecurity related majors.
• Working knowledge of Security and IT Regulations, Frameworks and Standards e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, etc.
• At least 2 years of corporate cyber security related experience
• Good communication skills in English.
• Good communication skills in Korean will be an added advantage

• Implement public relationship programme.
• Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Proven experience in a network support role, with a strong focus on datacenter and building networks.
