Key accountability (Main purpose of this job):

Reporting to the Senior Security Executive and Security Supervisor, this role is responsible for ensuring the security and safety of all stakeholders (i.e. staff, students, parents, visitors and contractors etc) and property.

Responsibilities (Key areas of Responsibilities):

• Ensure strict adherence to all security SOPs and preventive measures at all times.
• Perform day to day operational duties including patrol, escort duties, traffic control and static duties such as security checks and visitor registration.
• Monitor security systems including the CCTV, Fire Alarm etc in the designated post.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior of visitors, unauthorized removal of CIS property, criminal acts (e.g. theft or misconduct etc), safety or fire hazards, loss or accidents that could put CIS at risk.
• Enforce gate or school closure upon receiving instructions in the event of an evacuation or emergency.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Senior Security Executive, Security Supervisor and/or Head of Facilities.

Requirements:

• Valid Security Officer licence under PLRD
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Firm, tactful, observant, alert and maintains a pleasant disposition when handling visitors and/or stakeholders
• Physically and medically fit to handle security related duties
• Able to do shift work on a rotational basis: 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am

- Strategise, manage, and execute PR activities and ensure effective communications with our various stakeholders i.e. media outlets, KOLs, influencers, investors, and public.

- Maintain and develop strong relationships with KOLs and Media.

- Develop our growing team of stakeholders by ensuring they are constantly involved in projects.

- Brainstorm marketing strategies with marketing team, including PR campaigns and planning of PR events to achieve business objectives. - Draft relevant articles and messages for business exposure.

- Monitor all media coverage and provide comprehensive reports to the team, stakeholders and clients. - Attend events, conferences when required, representing our company.

- Execute any marketing and PR campaigns, booths, events according to proposal.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess the GTM plan and create value propositions and benefits for products/services.
• Execute campaign management to manage a variety of end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads. Lead from planning, segmentation, creative, and execution.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

You will provide legal advice to BCA on regulatory and commercial issues, intellectual property issues and general areas of the law. Your responsibilities include:

- reviewing and drafting contracts to be concluded by BCA;

- advising on legislative amendments under BCA’s purview so as to address BCA’s policy objectives;

- advising on the interpretation of legislation under BCA’s purview;

- advising on enforcement cases including reviewing of investigation reports and ensuring that sufficient evidence has been obtained to support the recommended enforcement action;

- advising on risks arising from arrangements concluded by BCA and drafting appropriate clauses to ensure BCA’s interests are served;

- providing sound legal advice on a broad range of legal issues including advising on intellectual property issues; and

- working on such other areas as General Counsel may allocate from time to time.

Requirements:

- A good law degree (LLB Hons);

- Advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore;

- At least 6 years’ experience in private practice and/or as in-house counsel;

- Strong analytical skills and can independently drive the completion of a matter with minimal supervision;

- Possesses effective time management skills;

- A team player who communicates effectively with cross-functional stakeholders; and

- Prior experience in litigation matters is an advantage.

TECHNICAL MANAGER

Responsibilities:

· Lead, train, and manage a team of technical professionals (project and system engineers) to provide Project Management, System commissioning, technical support, and Pre-sales to satisfy customer’s requirement and achieve company’s objective.

· Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

· Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members based on their skills and expertise.

· Establish clear communication channels within the team. Ensure that team members are kept informed about project updates, organization changes, and any other relevant information.

· Conduct performance evaluations, set goals and provide feedback to team member to enhance their performance and career development.

· Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Operations, Service, IT, Finance & Admin to ensure alignment and coordination of technical activities with overall business objectives

· To evaluate new products/system to assess its suitability to be included in the new product and service packages for promotion to customers.

· To assist Sales Dept in the Pre-sales and tender bidding to secure new jobs

· To manage purchasing of equipment and company’s equipment and inventory

· preparation of project budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and investments in equipment, systems, or other assets and resources.

o To monitor performance of Sub-contractors to meet customers’ expectations with enforcement of Sub-contractor Control Procedure stipulated in ISO9002 procedure.

· Ensure systems and processes comply with workplace safety and health regulatory requirements.

· Ensure that customer quality specifications are constantly met.

Requirements:

· Degree in Engineering (Preferably Electronics) or equivalent.

· At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in Security Industry, managing a group of 5 or more engineers.

· Possess excellent planning and organization, interpersonal and communication, and problem solving skills

· Excellent project management skills

· Able to work independently and make good decisions
