The Network and Security Engineer will be responsible for the initial support and maintenance of client network and security systems. This role entails 24x7 standby support, both onsite and remote troubleshooting, hardware replacement, and ensuring the implementation of security patches and firmware/software upgrades. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, and hotfixes.
