Job Responsibilities:

• To perform all duties associated with the cleaning of walkways, public areas and guest reception area of the hotel.

• Perform structural and civil engineering design for HDB residential blocks, car parks, and ancillary facilities in accordance with Singapore's codes and standards

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents using relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, STAAD.Pro).
• Develop foundation designs, retaining walls, drainage systems, and other civil structures in compliance with PUB and BCA requirements.
• Ensure designs incorporate considerations for sustainability, cost-effectiveness, and constructability.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized University and eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore).
• A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant design experience.
• Conversant with local codes and authority submission procedures
• Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills
• Have good knowledge of common structural design software.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibilities:

• Manages Key Access Control
• Maintain the Log Book for contractors working in the hotel in accordance with company’s health and safety policies
• Operates, checks and performs security surveillance on the CCTV system
