This role entails 24x7 standby support, both onsite and remote troubleshooting, hardware replacement, and ensuring the implementation of security patches and firmware/software upgrades. The position is critical in ensuring SLA contractual obligations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, and hotfixes.
• Prepare and replace faulty hardware by configuring the replacement device with the same firmware/software and patches. This requires basic to intermediate configuration skills.
• Identify and resolve network and security issues promptly.
• Provide technical support to end-users and escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers.
• Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.

• Participate in 24x7 rotational standby to provide uninterrupted support to clients, ensuring SLA compliance.
