Key Responsibilities

• Screen individuals, staff, and vehicles entering the premises, and conduct property checks to ensure safety.

Responsibilities:

Chief secretary of Group office:

• Manage CEO’s calendar. Provide timely reminders of appointments.
• Assist in preparation of Board meetings, General meetings and their respective papers.
• Organise and coordinate virtual/physical meetings. Follow-up and provide timely reminders to CEO for advice/reply.
• Assist to check through company agreements and other documents to ensure that they have been properly executed.
• Prepare itinerary and programme. Booking of flights, hotels and airport transfers. Prepare and submit expenses claims.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of secretarial experience and at least 5 years of Senior secretarial/PA roles
• Experience in an administrative capacity working with a Board of Directors or individuals with corporate secretarial expertise is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in meeting coordination, preparing agendas, assembling meeting packages, and maintaining policies and procedures is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Competency in utilising video conferencing tools for hybrid meeting formats and familiarity with web-based solutions for uploading materials
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities and Attributes :

· Duties include providing support to Citi perimeter security infrastructure, which includes firewall, proxy, and remote access systems.

· Investigation, documentation, and resolution of outages to critical business systems that may be caused by firewall, proxy, or remote access systems.

· Escalation of issues to and tracking of progress in conjunction with Client engineering teams, vendors, or other technical resource teams.
