Work Schedule:

• 5 days’ per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that billings and costs/expenses are properly and accurately taken up into the accounting system
• Work with or follow up with other departments and overseas subsidiaries on accounting matters
• Ensure that the monthly financial reports for local entities are prepared and submitted timely
• Reconciling banks, payables, and receivables
• Handle monthly closing of local entities’ accounts
• Assist Finance Manager with quarterly consolidation work, corporate tax, and XBRL
  Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Requirements:

• CAT qualification / Diploma in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent
• Meticulous, results-oriented, and independent
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Organised, resourceful, able to multitask
• Ability to communicate with staff at all levels
• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST and Corporate Tax is a plus

3 STUDY EACH RECIPE AND GATHERING ALL NECESSARY INGREDIENTS

4 WORK TOGETHER WITH KITCHEN STAFF AND DELEGATE TASKS RELATED TO MEAL PREP, COOKING AND DELIVERING FOOD TO DINERS IN A TIMELY FASHION

5 FOLLOW THE BUDGET ESTABLISHED BY THE RESTAURANT MANAGER

6 ENSURE SAFETY AND SANITATION PRACTICES IN THE KITCHEN

7 KEEP UP WITH INDUSTRY TRENDS AND CREATE NEW RECIPES

1. Basic knowledge of financial matters;
2. Strong ability to handle pressure and multitask;
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a cheerful personality;
4. Ability to communicate effectively and liaise with clients;
5. Assist in organizing and managing tasks related to the executive’s work and personal affairs;
6. Arrange and book meeting venues, restaurants, and other facilities;
7. Welcome and host clients and visitors;
8. Occasionally accompany the executive to business events and have a basic understanding of dining and social etiquette.
