The Role:
As a Retail Assistant at COZY, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers with a smile and providing guidance as they create their jewelry.
- Assisting with store operations, including managing materials, maintaining a tidy and inviting space, and handling the cash register.
- Contributing creative ideas and input to help improve and grow the COZY concept.
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth running of the store.
- Creating a welcoming and inspiring environment where creativity can thrive.

- 18 years or older.
Experience with DIY jewelry is a plus (hobby level is great!): While not required, familiarity with jewelry-making is an advantage.

Working Hours:
This is primarily a full-time position starting on 1 February or thereabout. The role involves both weekday and weekend shifts. We understand the importance of work-life balance and will work with you to create a schedule that suits both you and the team.

- Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month
- Expected hours: 30 – 44 hours per week
