Roles & Responsibilities
Accounting Support:
Ā· Assist in data entry, tickets issuing, invoice processing, transport scheduling and CODO tracking.
Ā· Reconcile transaction report to ensure accuracy.
Ā· Cross departments collaboration to compile and organize financial data.
Administrative Tasks:
Ā· Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
Ā· Assist in preparing reports and correspondence as needed.
Ā· Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Ā· Assist in Office Event, schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and manage calendars for team members as needed.
Effective Communication and Coordination:
Ā· Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors to provide necessary information and support.
Ā· Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective cross-functional communication.
Data Entry and Analysis:
Ā· Input data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, and other software tools.
Ā· Assist in data analysis to support decision-making processes.
General Support:
Ā· Perform various administrative tasks to ensure the overall efficiency of the office environment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum ITE/Diploma certification with 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Able to work well with team members.
- Able to multitask & work under pressure.
