This is a contract role (12 months) for a Warehouse Assistant located in Pioneer. Our client is Freight forwarding service in Singapore, you will be taking the responsible on for managing the flow of goods within the warehouse, ensuring smooth operations from receiving to dispatch. This includes tasks like checking and storing inbound items, picking and packing outbound orders, and preparing cargo for shipment. They also handle value-added services such as repacking, cleaning, and performing minor maintenance on spare parts. The Finance Analyst will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Assistant Vice President, Finance on overseeing the financial management reporting of the SEA & I group companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate SEAI Group and Company post-closing analysis monthly, quarterly, yearly management reporting and presentation materials
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting historical and current financial data of Company and Group performance with detailed financial status reports

1. Collate Group companies monthly reporting package for monthly management P&L review.
2. Quarterly forecasting process for SEAI group companies

General Requirements

Tasks and Responsibilities

• To assist Fire Safety Manager in the implementation of protocols as per Emergency Response Procedure (ERP) to be in line and compliance with Singapore Fire Code requirements.
