• Act as the primary liaison and point of contact for coordinating with the Customer’s Representative
• Assume accountability on behalf of the Contractor for all phases of the system lifecycle, including design, development, delivery, installation, integration, migration, testing, implementation, operations, and maintenance services
• Coordinate project activities among the Customer, existing vendors, and other relevant parties as directed by the Customer
• Manage changes within project parameters, including scope, resources, and schedule
• Monitor and maintain records of documentation, hardware, and software supplied for system and service delivery
• Prepare and submit progress reports, development plans, and schedules.
• Implement changes within project constraints, such as scope, resources, and schedule adjustments

Sales Support Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform the daily trading administrative tasks.
• Customer services support.
• Prepare purchase/sales quotation and purchase/sales orders.
• Generate and prepare sales reports.
• Co-ordination Import & export shipment documentation.
• Work closely with Trade Team and follow up on schedule.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least GCE N Level or Business Certification with minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply too
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking clients
• Proficient in MS Office application is essential
