This is a contract role (12 months) for a Warehouse Assistant located in Pioneer. Our client is Freight forwarding service in Singapore, you will be taking the responsible on for managing the flow of goods within the warehouse, ensuring smooth operations from receiving to dispatch. • Perform basic and advanced machine assembly works
• Develop mechanical testing jigs & fixtures and perform testing and validation of machines
• Lead the production team to strictly adhere to production schedule and same time improving the manufacturing process to improve quality, cost, and productivity

• Able to troubleshoot and resolve machine any kind of mechanical non conformance
• Perform machine final mechanical inspection and adjustments for any defects to maintain high level of quality
• Prepare reports on productivity, quality, claims, etc
• Work with engineering and other departments to improve assembly processes
• Monitor the serviceability of measuring instruments or jigs and fixtures and reporting to Supervisor or Manager any non-compliance condition
• Maintain accurate records of inspection result at each electrical process

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Experience working in machine assembly environment
• A good track record of supporting the department achieving KPI
• Strong understanding of 5S and HSE knowledge
• Maintain good Quality standards, 5S and safety discipline
• Well verse in Microsoft office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint and Outlook)
• Knowledge of drawing software(Solidworks, Unigraphic, etc)
