Business Development

• Increase the enterprise adoption of Productivity Solution Grant – Job Redesign (PSG JR)
• Drive corporate sales of PSG-JR through cold calling, one-to-one engagement with companies, mass outreach events, and active follow-up on sales leads.

Marketing & marketing communications

• Work with internal and external partners to support outreach and networking events, on-line and off-line marketing to increase awareness and adoption of PSG-JR
• Identify and gather success stories on PSG-JR
• Develop and maintain up-to-date marketing collaterals for publicity of PSG-JR.

Programme administration

• Administer PSG-JR in accordance with WSG’s requirements stated in the SOP guide.
• Process applications and claims on PSG-JR via the designated grant portal adhering to established service standards

Qualifications

• Min Diploma/Degree in Business/Business Administration/Marketing/Marcom or related disciplines.
• 2 years or more experience is preferred.
• Must be articulate, and confident in promoting programmes to companies one-to-one and during mass industry events.
• Must be result-oriented, resourceful, and possess perseverance in meeting the organisation’s KPIs.

Executive Assistant

Job Scope:

• Manage calendars of key executives, efficiently coordinating schedules and appointments across global time zones. Ensure timely and appropriate time allocation for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
• Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure the action required is addressed promptly.
• Make travel arrangements both domestic and international.
• Manage the reconciliation and submission of expense reports, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and guidelines.
• Prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time and provide seamless support to senior leaders by prioritizing critical business activities effectively.
• Overseeing the general office tasks, such as maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
• Provide support in various activities as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
• Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar administrative roles
• Fluent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Presentation)
• Meticulous and attention-to-detail
• Ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills
