Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations:

• Manage daily accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and employee expense claims.
• Maintain and update financial records in accounting systems.

Financial Reporting:

• Assist with monthly and yearly financial closing processes.
• Support the preparation of accurate financial statements and management reports.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Warehouse Assistant (or Storeman) to help keep things running smoothly in our fit warehouse. You'll be part of a super-driven team that works together to make sure everything gets done right and on time. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure our goods are stored, packed, accounted for and shipped out safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Pick and pack orders based on the Delivery Order
• Receive shipments and check in new goods
• Organize and stack products in the right area within the warehouse
• Help out with delivery loadings when your teammates need a hand

What You’ll Need:

• Physically fit & strong — some of the kibble bags/boxes can weigh 10-15kg, and sometimes Delivery Orders are pretty big. Need that Hulk in you!

The Centre for Nature-based Climate Solutions at the National University of Singapore (NUS) seeks faculty candidates for multiple tenure-track appointments in the emerging field of nature-based climate solutions – tackling the challenge of climate change by protecting, restoring or better managing natural ecosystems.
