• Management and follow-up of Customer Services
• Contribute to your team’s effort in managing services to customers (customer contact and complaints handling, follow-up in relevant store IT tools, etc.)
• Ensure follow-up for all customer services (customer requests, special and personalized orders, reservations and wishes, remote sales, Repair requests) by setting up follow-up routines in the schedules of your team.
• Monitor conversion rates and average durations for reservations and customer requests
• Monitor lead times at each relevant step of the aftersales & repair lifecycle
• Support on morning store opening (till opening, key checks etc)
• Supervise till closing with sales teams and/or cashiers after the store has been closed
• Manage the store archiving for relevant documents, following the local and Group internal control rules
• Manage the staff rotas to optimize sales floor coverage, taking into consideration overtime, paid leave, sick leave, accidents etc.
• Coordinate with external agencies to plan external / temporary staff
• Oversee the allocation of staff uniforms: fitting, order, alterations, dry cleaning, spare uniforms
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry, management experience in administrative / operations position, preferably in Retail environment

Position title : Preschool Administrative Assistant
Working Location:

Working Timing: 44 hours per week (Normally 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm, discuss more during the interview)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:Manage the preschool’s correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.
   Maintain accurate records and filing systems for student and staff information.
   
2. Coordination:Schedule and organize meetings or events, including parent-teacher meetings.
   Coordinate with staff, parents, and external vendors as needed.
   
3. Documentation and Reporting:Handle enrollment documentation and maintain student records.
   Prepare reports and assist in compiling data for the management team.
   
4. Financial and Inventory Tasks:Process invoices, payments, and petty cash claims.
   Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring sufficient inventory.
   
5. Customer Service:Address queries from parents, staff, and visitors professionally.
   Support the school in fostering positive relationships with parents.
   
6. Compliance:Ensure adherence to the regulatory guidelines and policies of the preschool.
   Assist in preparing documents for audits or inspections.
   

Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Preschool experience on Claim/Grant and little live App.
• Familiarity with administrative procedures in an educational setting is a plus
