Responsibilities:

• Assist Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) in all areas of their work
• Assist ARM in performing various transactions in accurate and timely manner during Know Your Client (KYC) process
• Assist ARM in creating & updating various product documents in Japanese
• Support Relationship Manager & ARM on administrative activities

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Banking and Finance, Accountancy, Business, or equivalent
• Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese internal stakeholders (both spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the Financial Industry is advantageous
• Part-time position available
