Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing communication between the family and international schools for children, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.
• Coordinate and organize the children’s extracurricular activities and tutoring sessions, ensuring all academic and activity schedules are well-arranged.
• Oversee and coordinate the household staff, including tutors, drivers, and other domestic workers, to ensure smooth daily operations within the household.
• Handle the daily personal matters for the employer and family, including travel arrangements, flight and hotel bookings, and meal reservations.
