The Institute of Sustainability for Chemicals, Energy and Environment (ISCE2) was established by A*STAR in 2022 to support Singapore's sustainability goals, including the Singapore Green Plan and Zero Waste Masterplan, through strong international partnerships with industry, public agencies, and academia. You will play a key role in supporting the monthly manpower report, grant management, grant utilisation and financial planning of ISCE2. As part of day-to-day operations, you will also be involved in updating of manpower allocation in SAP and coordinating with various stakeholders for manpower budgets and projection. Job description:

• Analyse monthly manpower reports, monitor grants utilisation for manpower and prepare for presentations as and when needed
• Perform short- and long-term financial projections for the Institute
• Update of manpower allocation in SAP on a timely basis
• Prepare and submit Fund Requisitions and Final Statement of Accounts
• Ensure proper allocation of bonuses to projects
• Attend to queries from grantors and auditors on manpower charging
• Checking of budget and headcount availability of manpower requisition for staff to be hired
• Perform billing and charging of services provided
• Other duties as may be assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Business Administration/Accountancy with at least 2 years of experience in resource or grant management
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Overview
