Job Scope:

• Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support, including managing the MD’s calendar, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Personal Assistance: Assist the MD with personal tasks, scheduling, and organization, as needed, beyond her professional role

Overview

The Spanish Instructional Assistants are primarily responsible for providing support to students and teachers as part of the Elementary World Language Program.

Qualifications Required

• Content Knowledge: Diploma or certificate from a recognized Polytechnic or equivalent, Clerical, typing and Google App skills preferred; Working proficiency in computer usage
