Job Purpose

● Responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen and food quality with proper housekeeping and high standard of cleanliness and hygiene maintained at all times.
● Train and supervise kitchen staff including roster planning.
● Good management of food cost and food wastage.
● Regularly review the menu with good understanding of consumers’ preference and taste.
● Ensure that the kitchen and banquet adhere to all company policies, procedures and standards.
● Any other job duties as assigned by the superior.

Working location : Buangkok

Salary range: $ 1800 - $2400

Working hours : 4 days work week, 730am - 730pm & 730pm - 730am

• Assist residents in their daily needs and during programs/outings
• Maintain the cleanliness of the premises

• Collaborate with the COO to develop and implement departmental strategies, goals, and objectives.
• Provide accurate and timely translation services during business meetings and other key interactions to ensure effective communication.
• Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Customer Service) and external partners to optimize resource allocation and streamline processes.
• Manage the COO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle a variety of administrative tasks as assigned by the COO, such as document preparation, report generation, and correspondence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of relevant assistant experience.
• Excellent communication, initiative, organizational, and upward management skills.
• Experience in the internet industry is preferred.
