Reporting to the Assistant/Operations Manager, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for keeping track of incoming and outgoing inventory in the ERP/WMS system tallies with physical stocks. To coordinate, monitor and update the movements for the incoming, storage and outgoing of inventory (virtual & physical stocks). And general administration duty in the Operations Department.

Specifically, this role exists to:

1. Monitoring inventory in the ERP/WMS systems

8. Other assignments that may be required by Manager.

Requirements:

• Certificate in Advanced Certificate in WSH Level B and/or any relevant Safety Certificates.
• With at least 2 years of working experience in Tunnel construction projects.
• Experience in SMRT and LTA will be advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• This role may require rotating shift.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HSE functions at job site and conduct daily tool box meeting
• Implement and coordinates with contractors on compliance with safety rules and regulations
• Conduct regular HSE inspections and report unsafe acts and conditions
• Assist with incident and accident investigation and reporting and provide recommendation and mitigation measures
• Preparation and submission of HSE reports
• Carry out any other HSE related functions / duties and processes as directed by superio

Requirements

• Possess required certificate for Workplace Safety & Health Coordinator
• Min 3 years relevant experience preferable in oil & gas industry
• Possess good leadership and organizing abilities and prepare to work long hours
• Able to commence work immediately
