In this role, you will oversee and manage the efficient flow of trucking operations and resources across various clients’ projects. You will leverage your strengths in administration, truck management, and coordination to ensure the seamless execution of logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administration:
   • Maintain accurate records of timesheets, check ins and outs, and shift schedules.
   • Prepare and update data records, manpower reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
   • Coordinate with management and finance teams to ensure proper invoicing and payment processing related to trucking operations
   • Attending client site visits and participation in all client/management discussions and meetings are required (on a required basis).
2. Coordination:
   • Coordinate all trucking activities between multiple groups of driver resources, management for clients.
   • Act as the main point of contact for clients, drivers and management to ensure timely deliverables, and problem resolution.
   • Be the main point of contact for all driver disputes and manage driver resources supply with care.
   • Work closely with clients to ensure their requirements are met while adhering to logistical timelines and budgets.
   • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any logistical issues promptly and professionally.
3. Manpower Management:
   • Collaborate with internal colleagues and management team to ensure adequate drivers are available to meet all clients’ requests and logistical demands.
   • Allocate and oversee driver resources for all clients’ projects on a daily basis and other required duties as requested by management or clients.
   • Supervise and provide guidance and support to all manpower resources, ensuring optimal performance.
   • Monitor staff productivity and resolve any issues related to team performance or coordination.
   • Ensure staff is adequately trained, compliant with safety regulations and operational procedures and properly attired (with PPE) at all clients’ locations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:
  • Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management.
  • Experience in administrative tasks related to logistics manpower operations (e.g., data entry, reporting, documentation).
  • Demonstrated experience managing manpower and coordinating teams.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software (not mandatory) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Problem-solving skills, the ability to think on your feet and thinking out of the box.
  • Knowledge of logistics processes, manpower supply management and transportation.
• Education:
  • N.A as long as candidate has logistics administration / coordination experience.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with regular office hours. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
• The role may involve occasional travel to warehouses, or clients’ sites.
• No hybrid work mode applicable.

Job Highlights

• Ensure the accurate engineering and execution of all mechanical and electrical works.
• Coordinate with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures, and project requirements are met.
• Report on the progress of the M&E works as directed by the project manager.
• Involves in the inspection, testing and commissioning of MEP works.
• Inspection of all incoming materials on-site for electrical and mechanical works as per material approval.
• Reviews site clarification, queries for site inspection: looks ahead program for critical items.
