• Acts as customer's key contact throughout the transport of his goods: informing him of important stages, alerting him to any regulatory constraints or unforeseen events, and doing his utmost to propose solutions when the situation calls for it.
• Communicates in real time with our customers and liaises with all our service providers, selected for their performance and reliability.
• Manages relationships and information requests from existing and/or potential customers
• Develops services provided to customers to improve their satisfaction
• Develops new routes to and from APAC to expand the range of services offered to Hillebrand Gori customers
• Negotiates with our partners and suppliers to get the best possible service
• Analyzes customer feedback and observations

Requirements

• Relevant experience in operations, sales and pricing in freight forwarding
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
• Responsive, able to solve problems quickly and make appropriate decisions
• Professional, proactive attitude and initiative with attention to detail and excellent organisational qualities
• Computer proficiency
• Good interpersonal skills/diplomacy and friendliness
• Enjoy working in a busy, demanding and fast-paced environment, while maintaining composure
• Knowledge of international trade (Incoterms)
