Job Description

i) To work with the PM to comply with environmental, health & safety (EHS) laws laws, advise PM on environmental remediation measures, carry out site inspections and to engage workers and stakeholders on maintaining good environmental health standards

ii) Work with the PM to draw up, implement and monitor effective environmental management plans, including reviewing them when necessary:

· Prepare & submit to the PM the Site Environmental Control Programme before work commences at the worksite.

· Prepare & submit to the PM the Site Environmental Control Report once every two weeks.

iii) Inspect the construction site to ensure all facilities, equipment and operations do not pose any environmental health hazard;

v) Identify and discuss environmental health irregularities or potential lapses with the PM, and recommend corresponding measures to prevent or rectify such concerns;

vi) Attend to all feedback on any irregularities and inform the PM accordingly;

vii) Assist the authorities to investigate outbreaks of infectious, vector-borne or food-borne diseases at the construction site; and

viii) Organise campaigns, training courses and other activities, where required, to develop and sustain the interest of workers in maintaining good environmental health standards.

ix) Conduct inspection of the ECM at the worksite in accordance to ECM plan

x) Maintain records of all inspections.

xi) Advice the PM & project team members on the implementation of the EHSMS & implement the EHSMS.

xii) Assist the PM identify any unsafe work condition or unsafe work practice which is carried out in the worksite;

xiii) Recommend to the PM to implement such reasonably practicable measures to remedy the unsafe work condition or unsafe work practice;

xiv) Assist the PM implement such reasonably practicable measures referred to in (xiii) or safe work procedures.

xv) Advice the PM & the project team members on the implementation of the EHSMS.

xvi) Implement the EHSMS.

xvii) Stop the work or recommend to the PM / WSHO to stop the work if it is deem not safe for the work to continue.

xviii) Inform the higher level of management (e.g. Project Director) if conflict between EHS issues & operational considerations at the worksite cannot be effectively resolved.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Lead.
• Liaise with the purchasing team to manage invoices effectively.
• Coordinate with various departments on behalf of the Project Manager to ensure timely information flow.
• Manage documentation and filing during the initiation and transition phases of projects, establishing a structured filing system.
• Organize and maintain document submissions to clients and relevant authorities, including document transmittals.
• Assist in preparing for and supporting weekly and monthly project meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualifications in any field.

Principal Responsibilities - Operations (Soft Services)

· Manage general administrative / soft services activities such as Janitorial, etc. and any other duties as assigned

• Inspect the office regularly to ensure all office equipment work properly
• Ensure the day-to-day operations excellence for sites under your management and coordination
• Asset / Inventory Management
• Day-to-day “Operational” Management of vendors to ensure required vendors are assigned within SLA response time, to attend to facilities-requests and ensuring No “Down-time” on critical items and/or escalated customer complaints.
• Ensure all Facilities related documentation is filed and inventoried properly at site.
• Managing and overseeing of pantry supplies, stationery/first aid items replenishment
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure that pantry and vending machine items are always in stock
• Ensure all employee services are managed and delivered as per customer expectation /satisfaction within SLAs/KPIs; Any adhoc/special requests to have the necessary approvals prior to implementation
• Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis
• Other adhoc task assigned from time to time depending on business requirements
• Supporting day-of execution including coordination with team/vendors, last minute logistical needs, ensuring effective set-up/execution of event and providing course correcting instructions/directions, when needed
• Managing and fostering relationships with team/vendors and other key stakeholders through effective communications, collaboration, and engagement

• Coordinates the facilities management service, which encompasses ad hoc maintenance,
• Manage & maintain facility management tasks as assigned

• Reporting to Facilities Manager on facility related and updates as and when required.

Events

· Primary Coordinator for conferences and big group events

· Liaise with requestor/user to support the development of and understand the requirements for each event.

· Maximising meeting space utilisation by supporting the reservation and meeting space management process working with customers and the team to effectively use meeting space including addressing space conflicts and negotiating space needs.

· Performing post event duties such as expense processing, event success assessments and assisting collecting feedback from requester.

· Generate and track reports for meeting rooms, events, and calls.

· Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.

· Assist and actively participate in the annual events such as fire drills, building power shut down etc.

Finance Management

· Verify all vendor payment, GR, invoicing etc

· Support to issue PO for adhoc requirements

Key Result Areas

· Ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of services

· Ensure the KPI Targets for the Account are met

Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct programs/activities that will promote active participation and contribute to the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of the elderly clients.
• Ensure programs/activities are run efficiently and effectively to the satisfaction of the clients.
• Assist and perform therapy procedures according to protocols as instructed by the Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist.
• Monitor and care for the well-being and safety of elderly clients during the therapy sessions.
• Prepare, transfer and porter clients for therapy sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the therapy area.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher NITEC qualifications in Paramedic & Emergency Care, Community Care & Social Services/Nursing or Diploma qualifications in health Sciences, Sports, Physical Health, or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a hospital or eldercare setting
• Possess a passionate disposition to interact and care for seniors
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent and highly reliable, who consistently performs well in all aspects of work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
