The Workplace Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience every day through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high touch service within a select portfolio of properties. The Workplace Experience Coordinator will be expected to increase the level of engagement and partnership between JLL, service partners and our clients to provide superior service delivery while enhancing their individual personal and professional skills. Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for all Client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to the services within the workplace, with the primary goal of positively impacting the care and comfort of Client employees and guests
• Execute experience services in a manner consistent with the SLA’s, standard processes, professional brand image and compliant with applicable local laws, rules, and regulations
• Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of the soft services delivery to ensure compliance with service level agreements, policies and regulations, and performance metrics to provide flawless execution and stable service delivery for the Client
• Support data collection, analysis and reporting to ensure alignment with the Clients’ goals and objectives
• Strive to continually improve experience service performance
• Achieve and exceed goals including performance goals, team goals and Clients' goals and objectives

Ensuring Exceptional Service

• Works collaboratively within the account team in the delivery of Experience Services across all business lines (Facility Management, Engineering, Transactions, Projects, etc.)
• Assists with third party vendor relationships and service partners to provide maximum service delivery
• Intuitive service delivery, anticipating needs or concerns exceeding Client expectations
• Builds meaningful lasting relationships with Client employees and guests, carrying calling and culture cards
• Visibly engaged and well known in the workplace; spends a minimum of two hours per day welcoming employees in the reception or employee entrances and also walking floors to ensure Workspaces (offices, desk, conference rooms, mailroom, pantries, etc.) are stocked and maintained
• Receives and responds to all requests or issues within one day of receipt, including a personal follow up to Client employees to ensure questions / requests are answered ·
• Identify potential risks and escalate, as appropriate, to ensure no privacy breech, security incident or disruption to Client’s operations occur
• Engage in a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by leveraging business intelligence, adopting, and participating in the development of best practices, new tools, process re-engineering and other ideas that provide service delivery efficiencies
• Assistance and flexibility with Client events as needed to ensure flawless delivery
• Serve as training center event concierge and manage conference room bookings including resolution of scheduling conflicts
• Provide administrative and operational excellence for soft services
• Perform additional job duties, as requested

Qualifications

• Diploma Holder
• 1-3 years minimum prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility / property management, operations and/or knowledge of commercial real estate, preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service

Job Description

a) Report to the Manager/Team leader as shown in the organization chart. Responsible for the coordination and control of technical matters, quality implementation and site supervision works.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance of operations with local safety regulations and guidelines such as the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act, WSH Regulations, and other relevant standards, including regular updates on any changes to these regulations.

Project Coordinator (Construction)

Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities. Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you would work closely with clients to schedule, plan, monitor, forecast, resource and manage all the project activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. You will be involved in getting shop-drawings approved and proposed rectifications on any defects found. You will ensure that the documentation system is always up to date and in line with ISO guidelines and customers expectation.

Responsibilities

1) Work closely between Singapore and Malaysia Plant to ensure smooth delivery of materials and precast components at sites.

2) Work closely with cross department team to ensure information and issues are clearly defined and resolved.

3) Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.

4) Attend site meetings, feedback on sites progress and schedules, justify defects components and arrange for rectification, pre-delivery and post-delivery activities, etc.

5) Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.

6) Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.

7) Plan, manage and coordinate projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget and of highest quality.

8) Liaise with the client, consultant, vendors, subcontractors and other relevant parties on field / factory inspection issues pertaining to the quality and project issues.

9) Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistances and technical support.

10) Attend required interdepartmental meetings including providing relevant updates on the status of project and QC matters and to obtain and relay information which may impact the project pipeline.

Requirements

1) Minimum Degree in Civil / Building / Construction or equivalent.

2) Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a Precast or Building & Construction environment with at least 1 year of supervisory capacity.
