Responsibilities

• To work with Project Manager to ensure project progress, track key milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Monitor and report on project progress to ensure it aligns with established milestones.
• Coordinating and overseeing on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, managing resources, and maintaining effective communication among project stakeholders.
• Oversee day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate the allocation of resources, including labour, equipment, and materials.
• Manage inventory and procurement of construction materials to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Ensure that all resources are utilized effectively to meet project goals.
• Act as a liaison between on-site personnel and project management
• Able to Manage Sub Contractors

Job Requirements

• Possess Nitec/ Diploma in any field
• Proven experience in construction project coordination or management is an added advantage
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and quality standards.

• To assist in preparing proposals based on verbal or written information provided by the Sales and Marketing staff.
• Prepare invoices, monthly reports for consolidated billing.
• Maintain and upkeep the filing system and SWM software on all aspects of waste information.
• Assist Customer Service Manager to ensure smooth daily operational in the team & Sales in matters relating to customer care (feedback and complaints).
• Update customer database in respect of customers and potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• To review, conduct incident / accident investigation and provide recommendations for countermeasures and to prevent recurrence of accident
• To coordinate of daily toolbox meeting and upkeep the records
• To conduct daily safety inspection and other type of safety inspection as required at work site or premises
• To coordinate the immediate rectification of unsafe conditions and correct any safety malpractices on site or premises
• Monitor and oversee the enforcement of In-house Rule and Regulation and ensure safe work practices on site or premises
• Coordinate and conduct the safety induction course to all site staffs or staffs at premises
• Submission of Quarterly EHS performance & 6-monthly review of Risk Assessment
• Ensure and to carry out duties in accordance to WSH Act & Integrated Management System
• Assist WSHO to establish, update, maintain, and implement the Safety and Health Management System
• To assist WSHO for all safety promotional activities, safety audits, safety meetings and execution of safety programmes

Requirements:

• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Level B or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Own transport of Class 3 License for site or premises would be advantageous
