· Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and

· Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements in SQL and ensuring all

orders are accurate and delivered on time

· Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently

· Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial

information to the finance department.

· Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible for the sales and account management of new business opportunity, leveraging on company’s logistics offerings and services.

· Identify business prospects and opportunities, evaluating and analysing the sales options, and proposing effective solutions for the clients.

· Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.

· Preparation and submission of the Project Tenders/RFQs.

· Monthly sales reporting.

· Any other ad-hoc assignment assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Min Diploma or degree holders in any logistics / engineering discipline

· PC knowledge in Word/Excel/PowerPoint / Outlook

· Self-drive, highly motivated, proactive, confident and independent.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Working Hours

· 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (Monday to Friday); 8.30 am to 12.30 pm (alternate Saturday)

• Review, coordinate and generate all architectural works including shop drawings for projectSupervise and inspect all Architectural works carried out by sub-contractors
  Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect.
  Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
  Coordinate and liaise with all Architectural services with other trades on site
  Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
  Supervise to achieve quality of works and to comply with safety & environmental regulations
  

Requirements:

· Possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field from a recognized institution

· 5 years relevant working experience supervising Architectural works from Construction/ Building/ Engineering industry

· Prior experiences in HDB projects will be an added advantage

· Knowledgeable in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations

· Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessment

1. To liaise with all agencies and authorities to facilitate the work progress such as LTA TM, RAML, ITSC, Town Councils, PUB, SPPG, SP PowerGas, NParks, Starhub & Singtel, M1, Verizon etc.

2. Report directly to Construction Managers.

3. Review, plan and schedule the site activities for diversion work.

4. To coordinate with client on any discrepancy on the drawings or specification

5. To conduct site inspection from time to time.

6. To coordinate subcontractor meeting.

7. To obtain approval and official submission from relevant authorities pertaining to the work.

8. To mointor all excavation related work related with utility.
