1. Salary range: $2,500 - $3,500
2. Mon-Fri, 8:30 am–5:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Review the assigned projects and understand the unique project requirements.
• Ensure customer requirement can be fulfilled and update in SAP system.
• Point of contact for customer and sub-contractors.
• Schedule materials arrival, approval of documents, production/testing, and delivery.
• Work with sub-contractors for the assigned project to ensure planned schedules are met.
• Ensure all materials are available to launch into the schedule for assembly.
• Prepare Project Schedule for internal and external reporting.
• Ensure proper closure of the project order before handling over to Shipping Department
• Minimum Nitec/Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in project management
• Good work attitude and strong problem solving skill
• Proficient in MS Project Management and Excel
