Support audit and monitoring of prescribed KPIs for maintenance services

Oversee maintenance services rendered by specialist vendors and outsourced providers

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive, corrective maintenance & coordination work
• Manage outsourced maintenance service providers and specialist vendors
• Ensure prompt service recovery for equipment breakdowns
• Provide advisory support for specialized system failures and troubleshooting
• Recommend technology refresh, upgrades, and renewals
• Prepare technical specs, drawings, and cost estimates for system improvements

Requirement

• Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automation Engineering Degree Holder with 0-4 years of related working experience in similar portfolio for Engineer position.

Project Coordinator (Construction)

• Maintaining, preparing (with the guidance of the PM) and monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditure
• Site Coordination between Main Contractor, Stakeholders, Workers and all parties involved
• Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings with documentation and follow up of important actions and decisions from meetings
• Facilitate meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Ensuring project deadlines are met
• Determining Project Changes
• Familiarize and ensure that the projects adhere to the required specifications and framework, and that all documentation and submissions are prepared and maintained appropriately and accordingly for each submission
• Preparation of risk assessment, method statements & material submissions pertaining to architectural materials
• Access project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
• Create a weekly project management calendar to fulfil the work target / goals and objective
• To work and prepare the necessary documents for the monthly progress claims with the administrator and contracts department
• Ensure quality controls of project output
• Any other adhoc jobs assigned

Requirements:

• Excellent skills with Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc
• Ability to pay attention to detail

• 2 years experience in LTA (MRT) Projects

Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms. Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities. Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk. Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff. Record, monitor, and update list of ‘Do Not Disturb' rooms. Ensure that vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by the necessary time and assign rush rooms and rooms previously on the ‘Do Not Disturb' list. Complete required Housekeeping paperwork.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
