Job Description
- Coordinate, Manage and supervise all M&E work; including but not limited to Planning, Scheduling, Controlling and Coordinating
- Prepare M&E drawings and CSD drawings and liaise with Consultants and Architects to issue drawing for approval.
- Ensure M&E works are performed on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
- Manage M&E subcontractors and tradesman for ensuring works and materials are in accordance
- Monitor Progress, quality of workmanship and compliance of requirements
- Understand Main Contract, subcontract requirement
- Ensure all M&E submissions and applications to the relevant authorities to facilitate RI, TOP and CSC clearance, Combine all necessary documents for handover
- Attend to all M&E defects after handover
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Min 5 years experience in M&E Coordination or relevant for landed house project
- Able to communicate and liaise with Chinese speaking associate
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision, Good knowledge in local standards & requirements
- Familiar with AutoCAD & Revit
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday: 8am to 5pm at project site
