Key Responsibilities

• Manage operations for import and export shipments, including preparation of necessary documentation.

• Issue work orders to external and internal contractors.
• Verify billings from shipping lines and contractor invoices.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Description:

· Ensure that facilities and their areas are clean and operational.

· Check all equipment that requires replacement items as needed.

· Maintain and control the use of stock, equipment & consumables.

• Offshore business operations:

• Imports of alcohol, beverages, and seasonings.
• Private labelling of convenience store in Singapore.

Geographical Scope:-

Position is situated in Singapore and will liase with internal and external stakeholders from East Asia, South-East Asia, Oceania, North and South America.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. System (MUGEN) workflows setup for all trading business and others (including service fees, royalty fees)
2. Shipping coordinating and work closely with suppliers, customers, forwarders and support the team when necessary.
3. Eg: to handle full set of documentations and assist booking for cargoes
4. Internal applications and reporting:
5. Overdue, Credit Lines, collected contracts.
6. To support the team for new trading business.

Selection Criteria

• Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of working experienced, preferably in freight forwarding/supply chain or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and documentation skills.
• Required Language: English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese suppliers.
• Work well in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of SAP or MUGEN system is an added advantage.
• Excellent organizational and administrion skills preferred.
