Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job scope

• Perform daily oversight of team activities
• Primary point of contact for functional business area
• Ensure process documentation is up-to-date and maintained
• Responsible for reviewing operational procedures to ensure correct Health and Safety action plans
• Leads the project team responsible for the project delivery

Requirement

• Professional vocational certificate is preferred

Job Scope

• Maintain project schedule to ensure progress and adherence to the project timeline.
• Assist with submissions of project documentation.
• Reviews of designs, specifications and schedule changes and coordination between the various partners.
• Management and supervision of Sub-contractors and workers.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements

• Minimum degree in a related field, or diploma with at least 4 years of experience in the construction industry.
• At least 2 Years of Interior Renovation or A&A Works would be good.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinating and managing schedules

- Filing important documents and communicating relevant information

- Ensuring adequacy of sales-related equipment or material

- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

- Administrative matters including providing quotations to customers

- Monitoring of purchase, delivery orders, service reports

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
