• Ensure all E&M drawings are in compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and LTA regulations.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions for submission to the LTA or other stakeholders.

Coordination Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure the accuracy and integration of E&M drawings with other project disciplines (e.g., civil, structural, architectural).
• Assist in coordinating design submissions and ensuring timely approvals from LTA.
• Monitor design progress and communicate with the site team to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure that any discrepancies between designs and on-site conditions are addressed and incorporated into updated drawings.
• Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in drafting and coordinating electrical and mechanical systems, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience working on LTA or other transportation-related projects is highly advantageous.
• Hands-on experience in using drafting software and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Assist in planning and coordinating monthly active aging activities for seniors, including program evaluation and feedback collection.
• Manage inquiries, provide information and referrals, and oversee equipment and supplies.
• Support Program Executive in budget management and maintain program databases.
• Perform general administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

• Advanced/ Higher / Certificate in Community & Social Services.
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Willing to work Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm and alternate Saturday 9am to 1pm.

About the Role:

Are you passionate about gymnastics and coaching? Do you have strong organisational skills and a knack for creating a positive, supportive environment for both recreational and competitive athletes? We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled WAG Coach to manage and deliver high-quality gymnastics services, both recreational and competitivein our premier location. Working closely with the AG Director and Recreational Manager, this role will ensure the growth and development of gymnasts at all levels while maintaining a focus on safety, communication, and the ongoing success of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

Coaching:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality coaching sessions for both recreational and competitive gymnasts, tailored to the age and ability of each group.
• Ensure that all coaching activities adhere to the relevant policies, procedures, and codes of practice, with a strong focus on safety.
• Maintain a high standard of safeguarding, equality, and health & safety practices.
• Communicate effectively with participants, coaches, and parents to foster a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Coach during weekends, school holidays, and camps, ensuring availability for all required sessions.

Programme Management:

• Working with the AG Director develop, manage, and promote all gymnastics programmes , ensuring they are efficient, financially sustainable, and meet the needs of all participants.
• Manage communications for competitions, including entry, travel, organisation on the day, and award announcements, ensuring deadlines and policies are adhered to.
• Supervise and support all coaches delivering gymnastics sessions, ensuring they have clear lesson plans and appropriate guidance.

Administrative Duties:

• Monitor and manage payments, ensuring all participants are up to date with fees.
• Assist the AG Director in coordinating cover for coaching sessions, ensuring that all lessons are well-planned and that safety protocols are followed.
• Contribute to newsletters, showcasing gymnast achievements and promoting the programme to parents and the wider school community.
• Provide timely feedback on the development of gymnasts to parents and relevant school staff.

Who We're Looking For:

• A qualified gymnastics coach with experience of coaching recreational gymnasts ( experience of competitive is desirable but not essential
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with gymnasts, parents, coaches, and school staff.
• A passion for developing young athletes and a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, school holidays, and camps.
• Experience in programme management and event coordination is desirable.

Administrative Coordinator

• Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work and managing correspondences to stakeholders
• Administration of relief planning and engagement of relief and flexi-adjunct teachers – planning of daily relief timetable.
• Assist in school HR matters – leave matters, enquiries from staff, collation of staff information for management reporting
• Support in matters related to finance (e.g. verifying invoices) and/or school purchases.
• Handle telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating school events – prepare materials, signages, printing certificates, liaising with suppliers, etc
• Assist teachers in sorting items at plastic recycling station (weekly)
• Any other duties as assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals and Admin Manager

Job Requirement

· Possess at least an ‘O’ level certificate or equivalent

· At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a school environment
