We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee and support electrical projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of electrical project processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project planning, including scope, timeline, and budget development for electrical projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress, track project milestones, and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment for electrical installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality guidelines.
• Schedule and organize project meetings, preparing agendas and recording minutes.
• Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation plans.
• Manage communication between all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity.
• Assist in preparing project reports, invoices, and other required documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage deliveries between vessels and vendors, ensuring timely execution.
• Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders regarding delivery status and other operations.
• Closely monitor the docking schedule to ensure smooth operations.
• Issue and confirm Notices of Readiness (NOR) with various stakeholders.
• Track vessel downtime to assess and minimize operational disruptions.
• Coordinate meetings between stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational matters.
• Maintain record-keeping and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

a) Report to the Manager/Team leader as shown in the organization chart. Responsible for the coordination and control of technical matters, quality implementation and site supervision works.

b) The detailed duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:

• Coordinate with all the parties including sub-contractors and consultants to solve and coordinate technical issues, production of drawings and ensure proper transmission of data to all parties involved. Ensure that the detailed schedules of drawing production and site progress are met.
• For quality management, the coordinator is responsible to fully implement with the quality recordings, carry out result analysis and formulate action plans for continuous improvement.
• Supervise site works according to the quality and EHS requirements.
• Handle all inspections and handing over process with the final objective of achieving customer satisfaction and high Conquas/QM score.
