• Liaising with other relevant internal and external parties to ensure all the task in ESD Room are completed on time.
• Maintain and monitoring staff attendance, discipline, morale, and departmental harmony.
• Perform investigation reports for incident/discrepancy raised from internal or external customer.
• Conduct counselling and take disciplinary action as and when if required.
• Problem solving, process and system enhancement for better productivity and quality.
• Ensure proper procedures and work instructions are documented and being carried out by the ESD team.
• Maintain general cleanliness of the ESD room – 5S, Safety and Security.
• Ensure equipment is well maintained and functionable.
• Other work and responsibilities assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess minimum Secondary Education and above
• Required language(s): English – Read and written.
• At least 1 to 2 Year of working experience in the related field is required. For no experience will be consider as contract staff – Grade 1 (inhouse training will be provided)
• Hardworking and independent.
• Team player and able to multi-task.
• The position requires a 5.5-day work week.
• Able to work OT when required.
• Optional:
• Operating of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and ESD equipment if required (Internal or External training will be provided).
• Computer Literate – Proficiency in Microsoft Office e.g., Excel, etc.
• WMS, SAP, ORACLE (In-house Training provided)

Duties/Areas of Responsibility

· Manage maintenance, repair, operations, and upgrading works for ACMV projects

· Assist in development and project process management.

· Overseeing site installation works, supervising sub-contractors, and attending site meetings

· Possesses leadership, ownership, and responsibility with the team for discussions on technical solutions

· Project construction management and safety management

· Construction meeting and preparation with subcontractors

· To plan, implement and monitor weekly works activities with Site engineering

· Testing and commissioning of ACMV system as per the schedule.

· Attend RTO inspection and prepare as built drawing based on site coordination

· Any other related projects to be assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum MUST have 2 years local site experiences

• Manage a portfolio of projects at various sites, by coordinating directing and monitoring landscaping operations
• Oversee and manage employees at the sites
• Effective management of site supervisors to ensure delivery of operations at all sites
• Regular visits to company’s landscaping sites to monitor standards of landscape and service quality
• Understand and build long term relationships with employees and clients
• Provide training to new staff in relation to their job scope, responsibilities and standards
• Execute policies and implement quality measures at your project sites
• Manage operations and periodic work for projects with the support of the Operations Supervisor and Float team
