Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.

Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repairs, records as required.

Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks. Utilizes CMMS to manage work orders and track completion.

Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.

May serve as a mentor to other technicians.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Report to Operation Manager
2. Responsible for Profit n Loss of 1 outlet
3. Involve with outlet sales and marketing action plan
4. Plan members of staff (Full / Part Time) roster (weekly and monthly)
5. Hire/Train new members of staff
6. Ensure all new product launch are aligned with proper and sufficient training on the ground
7. Account for all outlet disciplinary and personnel performance
8. Inventory management at outlet location to ensure sufficient raw material supplies

Requirement:

• Minimum 1 year experience at any bubble tea outlet
• Able to commit to 930am - 11pm daily working hour (2 day off per week)
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays
• Hand-on leadership
• Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin
• Able to work without supervision

Ship Repair Supervisor

• Location: Penjuru lane ( Transport provided at Jurong East)
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• To fulfil ship repair jobs afloat or shipyard
• Carrying out maintenance, service and repair of all mechanical equipment (Diesel Engines, pumps, gearboxes, couplings, alternators, hydraulic system, deck machinery etc) on board all vessels as assigned.
• Troubleshooting all the mechanical equipment on board vessels.
• Jobs involved engine equipment removal, reinstallation, servicing, repair and reconditioning, commissioning activity.
• Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and cleanliness in the workshop.
• Managing team and delivering ship / shipyard schedule required.
• Carrying out any retrofit job for new equipment installation on board vessels.
• VSCC meeting, permit to work system, and trade certificates are required
• Managing of workforce and job, writing job completion report, submitting cost evaluation, liaise with owners representative, and always have to follow company SOP.
• Any other duties as assigned by ship repair manager and management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Marine Engineering or equivalent.
