• Attend the daily Food & Beverage Meeting in the absence of Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager.

- Oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

- Ensure efficient and cost-effective flow of goods from suppliers to end customers.

- Optimize logistics processes to improve delivery times, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.

3.⁠ ⁠Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

- Conduct performance evaluations and identify development opportunities for team members.

4.⁠ ⁠Stakeholder Communication

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal departments.

- Facilitate regular communication and updates to ensure alignment and address any concerns.

- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

5.⁠ ⁠Budget and Resource Management

- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.

- Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and meet project deadlines.

- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers to secure favorable terms.

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in logistics technology.

Salary : $3200 -$4500 (Subject to Experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct reports to the Senior Manager.
• Achieve agreed upon quarterly sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Generate and reach out to customer leads through cold calling, door knocking, digital marketing to establish new market.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
• Work closely with Customer Service and Operations on the execution of customer's quotation and orders.

Job Requirements:

• With Diploma in logistics / supply chain is preferable.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, sales experience in freight forwarding industry will be highly preferred.
• Proficient using Microsoft applications such as Excel, Words, PowerPoint etc.
