3. Safety Compliance:Promote a culture of safety in the production area by enforcing safety guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field is preferred.

· Proven experience in a supervisory role within a food manufacturing environment, particularly in cooked-food preparations.

· Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control standards, and production processes.

· Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.

· Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick decisions in a fast-paced production environment.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

· Familiarity with inventory management and production planning software is advantageous.
