Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of in-game events/game applications.
• Responsible for the development of in-game marketing systems/platforms.
• Responsible for in-game system architecture design, and code review of key modules.
• Responsible for the management of Chinese and overseas technical projects.
• Responsible for the pre-research of frontier technology worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Study and review the equipment and Design treatment processes in wastewater treatment plants. Be responsible for the water quality compliance for individual WWTP plant.
• Assist in maintaining proper maintenance and safety integrity of plant. Ensuring all equipment is in working condition with minimum downtime and regular servicing is carried out
• Ensure all designated equipment calibrations and inspections are up to date
• Work closely with PSM team and lab department on waste flow and waste treatment method.
• Assist in promoting WSH activities to operator(s).
• Assist in optimization of operation treatment, manpower allocation as well as continuous improvement on WWTP operation
• Ensure the treated wastewater compliance with sewer discharge limit.
• Adhere to all safety requirements within the plant, such as safe work practices,SOP.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team to completion of a task
• Min 2 years of experience related to water treatment plan

Responsibilities:

• Developing, maintaining and supporting technical infrastructure, hardware and system software components
• Performing installation, maintenance and support of system software/hardware and user support at on-site and remote support
• Configuring, debugging and supporting multiple infrastructure platforms
• Performing high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption recovery and creating preventive measures
• Familiar with VMware, Storage, Hyper-V, Windows, and backup solutions
• Excellence in communication skills as a liaison with vendors and other IT personnel to resolve issues

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering / Computer science
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years working experience
• Microsoft Certified Engineer ( MCSE ) and/or VMware certification
• Familiar with Microsoft, Azure & AWS networking systems
• Relevant hands on experience with cloud implementation previously
• Experience with SAN/Hyperconverged Systems.
• VMware, Hyper-V Experience and familiar with Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the monitoring of servers, systems & networks in an environment requiring 24 X 7 X 365 uptime.
• Handle all monitoring, alerts and escalated calls and manage help desk tickets as necessary to ensure that service level is being met.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to new staffs and junior engineers.
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures “SOP” in response to system alerts and routine tasks with consistent accuracy. These tasks include Data Centre walkthrough, checking status of current jobs, updating of tickets, escorting vendors for hardware replacement, etc.
• Demonstrate initiative and provide feedback on existing processes and procedures, submitting ideas for on-going improvements. NOC Operators should use their experience with the system to help review documentation on a continuous basis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on on-boarding / off-boarding of systems. Assist in deploying, managing and testing of tools and systems for health monitoring.
• Expected to be flexible in work schedules. Might be necessary to work an odd shift to help cover shifts when co-workers are out on occasions.

Requirements:

• Must be a detail-oriented and proficient in troubleshooting
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Confident in preparing and delivering presentation / briefing to stakeholders.
• Experienced with monitoring tools & service desk system. Certification in ITSM and ITOM preferred.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment
• Comfortable in a fast-pace environment, working across multiple platforms simultaneously
